Dry Brushing

Description

One of the biggest benefits of dry brushing is exfoliation. Dry brushing helps to slough away dead skin cells, leaving your skin smoother and softer than ever. It also stimulates your lymphatic system, which is like your body's own personal detox system. By gently brushing your skin, you can help your lymph nodes to drain toxins more effectively, leaving you feeling energized and refreshed. It's like hitting the reset button for your body!

And let's not forget about the circulation boost. Dry brushing promotes better blood flow, which can help reduce the appearance of cellulite (really!) and even improve the overall tone and texture of your skin.

Why Regina Recommends

I have been dry brushing for years, but when menopause came to town, my skin became super dry, so I upped my dry brushing game! Trust me when I tell you that, when combined with Hyaluronic Acid and a great moisturizer, it can transform your skin. No more crepey skin for me, and my skin is always soft and supple.

So here’s how I dry brush:
Before a shower or bath, I dry brush my skin, toes to shoulders, in circular motions toward my heart. Then shower (or bathe) to rinse off the dead skin. After drying off, while my skin is slightly damp, I spray my body with Avva Rose Hyaluronic Spray (this is going to lock in my moisturizer), and then once my skin is completely dry, moisturize with Avva Rose Neck & Body Butter.
