Menopause game changer! I was having at least 30 hot flashes a day at the beginning of menopause, and this blanket was my life saver. I carried around with me and slept with it. It will warm to your body temp eventually, but just grab the edge of the blanket and shake it a few times and it returns to COLD. If you sleep under a fan, even better! At times, it was TOO cold, if you can believe that. The biggest tip: You can wash this blanket, but it must be in cold water and DO NOT dry it or line dry it in the sun. It won't cool correctly if it is subjected to that kind of heat. I ruined my first one by putting it in the dryer, but it's not so expensive that I couldn't get another right away. If I could give it 10 stars, I would!
